Discount - JJJ Microsystems offers 2 types of discount. These 2 types are independent. Type one is "a 5% discount will be given on engagements after the first six months and a 10% discount on engagements after twelve months". This applies to engagements that require JJJ Microsystems to provide technical staff to support project(s) at any state agencies.

Type two is "a 5% discount for projects that are valued over $500,000.00". It is NOT an addition to type one. It applies to engagements that require JJJ Microsystems to provide a solution. A solution can be a fixed-price project, or a cost-plus-fee project.

Type one would take effect on a go-forward basis after the threshold requirements have been met, as opposed to applying to the engagement as a whole. Type two would apply to the project as a whole, including the first $500,000.

Contract Administration - JJJ Microsystems has designated a contract manager to be the single point of contact for all contract/engagement matters. The contract manager will have full authority and accountability for managing the technical, financial, contract, and administrative aspects of the contract and will be responsible for overall coordination of the contract. This service is provided at no cost to the government.

Other - All our staff work under this contract will be flexible to fit the client desirable working schedule including daily hours, holidays and vacation time arrangement; willing to travel when needed and commit to take extra steps to meet project deadline and to ensure the production of top quality work and that our clients are absolutely satisfied.
